The laundry at the BNC is a community resource where students can make an appointment to use two or three washer-dryer pairs for two hours once per week.
How laundry appointments work and community guidelines
Students can make an appointment on our website below. Slots are available for two sets of machines or three sets of machines and are first come, first served. Each student may make up to one appointment per week.
- Sign up for a time that works for you. **
- Come to the BNC where our staff can help answer any questions. Please begin on time. If you arrive more than 30 minutes late for your time slot, you won’t be able to do laundry that day.
- Check in using the QR code at the front desk. If not visible, ask where to sign in.
- We provide laundry detergent; just ask when you come in.
- Feel free to stay and utilize our space while you wait for your laundry. A peer navigator can show you around.
- Please clean up after yourself. Have a look in the washing machine drum after you are done to make sure you didn't forget anything and that it is clean and ready for the next student. Cleaning supplies are available for you to wipe out the machine drum or gasket (rubber door seal) if needed.

**If you are making an appointment during a time you are outside the Pacific time zone, please look carefully, sometimes bookings adjusts displayed appointment times to the local time zone. When traveling back to OSU the appointment time can shift from time in confirmation email, resulting in missed/canceled appointments.
